Out in the Yard

There's Nancy, perched on her plant...

Daddy in ovies now, giving Michaela bunny ears.

Precious Sleep

Joe snapped this one during a morning sleep-in. Looks like Mom needed it big time.

Hey Blue Eyes

A pic taken before a walk...my hat actually saved me. A rain and wind storm swept up upon us and I was soaked. Michaela didn't budge in her stroller while I ran her back to safety. She stayed dry as a whistle, too!

Up and Overalls

New ovies to wear--actually I bought them a couple of years ago at Goodwill! Now a good fit for Michaela and a good fit around Daddy's head too!

Not so eensie weensie...

Michaela loves her new tights and Halloween onesie. She's growing and not so eensie weensie anymore!

Two Mamas

Jocey and I had a chance to catch up! I got to meet Ossian! Yea! I had only met him while in Joc's womb at her shower 1 1/2 years ago! Well, our whirlwind visit was worth it on Bainbridge Island. Hope you had a good rest of your trip Joc!

Daddy Rulz!

Michaela gets to spend Fridays now with Daddy! I've had the opportunity to work on Fridays when they need me and this works out for Michaela and Joe to have some quality time together. As you can see here, Michaela loves wearing Daddy's glasses. They had a great day together.

They're Dry Bees Dahling

Here Michaela is modeling the DryBees 2008 Diapers in Candy Stripe, which work marvelously and look marvelous as well. She loves to roll around and these are the perfect diaps for her to do so. You go girl!

This week Michaela has accumulated a few more firsts: first hit and run accident, first play time and first bath time while sitting up in her little tub. I had to state the hit and run because we were on our way to baby time at the Port Townsend Library and the car behind us got hit by someone and subsequently, she hit us, but not too hard, just a little scratch on the car. We had to get to the library so we were off, unscathed and had a wonderful time! Michaela was surrounded by 4 other babies--it was a 12 mo. and under class--and her eyes were big and she was enthralled the entire time. She even was almost sitting up by herself at one point. She crashed for 3 hours after the class while Mom pushed her around PT and drove back to PA, it was a great outing for us both.

Lil' Caterpillar

Tummy time is paying off! Michaela is definitely getting stronger on her belly, pushing up to bring her chest and head up. It looks like she is preparing to crawl.

My Little Pumpkin (Patch)

The Great Corn Maze--It was A-Maze-ing!
Here's our Pumpkin!
The pumpkin launcher--we almost got one in the bin for $100 bucks!

Fall is here!

Pumpkin head...

She's wearing the one and only hand crafted bib made by me while on bedrest. So glad she gets to wear it. I was only imagining what it would look like on her when I was down and out. Looks like it tastes good too!

I'm Three Months!

That's right, read em' and weep sista. I got three fingers up!
I love wearing jeans. Or maybe mommy loves seeing me in these cute denim pants. Wow, I'm growing fast! ...

Michaela is using her hands more intricately now and grabbing at things placed in front of her. She has rosy cheeks and blue eyes still and now weighs as much as our cat Ami. People always say, 'he's huge.' Translation is that she weighs over 15 lbs and is past 2 feet long. She's on to the next size of diaper covers too. Mom's still awaking in the night to feed about 2x and she eats every 3 hours on average. Happy 3 month Birthday, Michaela!

Take Me Out to the Ballgame

The Mariners last game of the season, and what do you know, they won! We got to be a part of the event on this beautiful day in Seattle, last Sunday, Sept. 28th. We all had a good time on a day trip to the field.
